The Becket School offers a board and train program which is tailored to meet the specific needs of both dogs and their owners, providing customized solutions to address behavioral issues, teach reliable obedience, and educate owners. While the recommended duration is typically three weeks, the length of the program will vary depending on the severity of the dog’s issues, the extent of behavioral modification required, and the goals of the owner. Programs are individually customized, ranging from puppy training and basic obedience to dealing with extreme cases of aggression, anxiety, and fear.

Owner training is a crucial component of our relationship-based training program, as it empowers owners to effectively communicate with and lead their dogs. Owners are provided with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively interact with their dogs, set healthy boundaries, and reinforce positive behaviors. The training is not a one time event, and is rather the beginning of an ongoing journey of deeper understanding, connection, and communication between you and your dog. Therefore, ongoing support and help is always available from Stephanie for owners following the training program to ensure that owners have the resources they need available to them.

We offer boarding services for all dogs that have completed the training program.
